I always enjoyed talking with your Mildred. We would talk about her garden, baking and of course her family. She was very proud of all her family. My deepest condolences to all of you. My thoughts are with Ernie and family.

My grown children and I have fond memories of Mildred aka 'Mom Mom' Knechel. She babysat for my children for many years and they all have lasting and fond memories of time spent in her care. She was inspirational to me as a young mother. My sincere condolences to 'Pop Pop' Knechel and family. She was a blessing and it was an honor to have known her in this life.

My thought and prayers go out to all the family
So many good memories
I can still taste the awsome shofly pies and the great time I had when staying in PA
The last time Aunt Mildred was at our place in Canada in August of 2019 will always be a great memory with all together
for a great time
Now she is in heaven with Mom and family that has gone on before no more pain and with the Lord
The great thing to know is that all who are ready there will be a time when we will meet again

Mildred blessed my life in so many ways. I follow Jesus and try to live my life with the same integrity and faithfulness she displayed. What a tremendous loss, but what a glorious day for Mildred to meet her Savior.
