Mimi was our dear neighbor and friend in Lincolnwood. While our house was being built and when we moved in, she was constantly bringing food and gifts. My sister and I, as well as the Cohen kids, would run back and forth to each others' houses; an open door policy. We were all so blessed. Mimi taught me to cook Lebanese food. We were family. Baruch Dayan Ha'Emet. Her memory will always be a blessing.
