Misael Michel Nava Sr. 81, left this earth peacefully on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.
Misael was born on January 29, 1944 in Cuidad Juarez, Chihuahua Mexico, the son of Santos A. Nava and Maria M. Nava. He grew up in Juarez, where he developed a strong work ethic, and love for the Lord Jesus Christ. After giving his life to Christ at the age of 23, two years later he married the love of his life. Misael was a pillar of faith and great example for his family.
Together with his wife of 56 years they raised five children: Misael Jr.,Priscilla, Isaiah, Alma and Orpha. He was a devoted father and husband, always present, shared the gospel to his children and to many others. He cherished family gatherings, had a hearty laugh and was always ready to lead a song of praise.
Misael is survived by his loving wife Elvira Nava, his five children, and four grandchildren. He is also survived by his siblings: Josue, Rode, Esperanza, Ruben, Ruth, and Phillip. As well as many nieces, nephews, many cousins, and brothers and sisters in Christ who will miss him dearly.
