He is survived by his parents; a sister, Baylee Crawford of Columbus, and his caring grandparents, Tim and Pam Scroghan, also of Columbus.
He is preceded in death by a brother, Connor Crawford and a sister, Delanie Scroghan.
Ethan was a proud graduate of Columbus North High School.
He was a machine operator at All City Towing in Tempe, AZ. Previously employed at Cummins Engine Company in Columbus.
Amongst his many passions, Ethan was a dedicated athlete. His commitment to bodybuilding an unwavering work ethic. Ethan brought the same intensity and passion to his play on travel baseball. His love for music resonated through the strings of his guitar, a sound that brought joy to those fortunate enough to listen.
A spirit as vibrant as Ethan's will never truly leave us. His memory will be cherished, and his absence deeply felt.
The funeral will be held at 12:30 p.m. Thursday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street with Pastor Jim Bricker officiating.
He will be laid to rest at the Garland Brook Mausoleum.
Family and friends may gather for a time of visitation from 10:30 a.m. to time of service Thursday.

Although Ethan was with our company for only a short time, he quickly became a part of our work family. His friendly spirit touched everyone who knew him. We will remember him fondly and miss him greatly. Our hearts and thoughts are with you during this difficult time.

Ethan, we were so blessed to have you in our lives. You and Nik were inseparable growing up for so long. We sat and watched videos of you and he read the sweetest texts from you. We love you, and you will forever live in our hearts.
