Nancy Jean (Henderson) Bell, 78, of Ithaca, NY, passed away October 24, 2025.
Born September 8, 1947, Nancy is the daughter of the late James Eurshal and Betty Jane Schoenman Henderson. In addition to her parents, Nancy is predeceased by her late husband Donald Theodore Bell who passed in 2013.
Don and Nancy were married on December 31, 1986. They were avid bowlers and enjoyed travelling to bowling tournaments together. They both worked together at Ithaca Airline Limousine for over 20 plus years where she retired from in 2016. Nancy was a great mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend to all she knew. Nancy lived for the last 7 years at the Ellis Hollow Apartments and had made many friends in that time.
Nancy is survived by her children; James E. Harper (Stephinia), Tammy L. Harper (David DesJardins), Pamela A. Pylkas (Howard), Crystal L. Bell, several stepchildren, grandchildren; DesJardins: Krystin, Jared (Moriah), Anna, Taryn (Joel McDermeit), David Jr., Nathan, Amanda Bush, Chris Gloss (Amy Foote), Branden Bush (Cheyenne), Tyler Gloss, Paige Howard (T.J. Maloney), Shania Bush (Darrell Tabron), Dillon Bush, Amber (Cole) Pealo, Ashley Thorington, and Mya Bell. Along with several great-grandchildren; Madison Cortright, Haley Bush, Adilynn Maloney, Bailey Gloss, Leilani Tabron, Quinnley Maloney, Nathan Bush, August McDermeit and Darrell D. Tabron II.
Services for Nancy will be held at Perkins Funeral Home, 55 W. Main Street, Dryden on Wednesday, October 29th from 2:00-3:00pm with a graveside service at Willow Glen Cemetery to follow. follow link to livestream
