Nancy Lynn Benge

Nancy Lynn Hubbard Benge, age 56, of London, Kentucky passed away on Friday, July 5, 2024.
She leaves behind four children, Kyndra Foster & husband Jeremy, Kandace Thomas & husband Dustin, both of London, KY, Joshua Stivers of Lexington, KY, Jayden Curry of Corbin, KY; five siblings, Barbara Roth of London, KY, Gelia Whaylen & Jimmy Prewitt of London, KY, Jennifer Rudder of East Bernstadt, KY, Kimberly Hubbard of Indianapolis, IN, Darrel Hubbard & wife Sherry of Columbus, IN; four grandchildren, Kaden Benge, Allie Foster, Ellie Foster, Fisher Thomas; her best friend, Denise Hacker; plus a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing.
She was preceded in death by her parents, J. C. and Faye Garland Hubbard; her brothers-in-law, Don Roth, James W. Rudder; her sister-in-law, Monica Bowling.
Lynn was a beloved member of her community, known for her vibrant spirit and love for the outdoors. She spent much of her life exploring nature, cherishing the tranquility and beauty of the great outdoors. One of her favorite places to be was by the lake, where she found peace and joy in the serene surroundings.
In her younger years, Lynn had a passion for roller skating. She loved the freedom and exhilaration it brought her, often reminiscing about those carefree days spent gliding on wheels.
Above all, Lynn cherished every moment spent with her loved ones. Her warmth, kindness, and unwavering love for everyone she knew will always be remembered.
Nancy's legacy of love for the outdoors and her family will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know her. She will always be held in loving and fond memory.
Those who knew Lynn know that she lived a complicated life; but she was a beautiful, vibrant woman who brightened any room with her smile and humor, despite her life's struggles. Known for her strength and good spirits, she remained cheerful, laughing with a smile on her face even in her final days. Lynn will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Momma, you can finally rest in peace.
A Graveside Service honoring Nancy Lynn Hubbard Benge will be held on Monday, July 8, 2024 at Cumberland Memorial Gardens in Lily, Kentucky. The family will receive friends on Monday, July 8, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home followed by a procession to the cemetery. The family has entrusted House-Rawlings Funeral Home with the arrangements.
