Nancy B. Berthold

Nancy B. (Haist) Berthold, 87, of Wayne died peacefully Sunday, December 18, 2022. Born in Mt. Kisco, NY, she resided in Clifton for 17 years before moving to Wayne 40 years ago. Nancy was a homemaker, loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was a member of the Parsippany Congregation of the New Apostolic Church.
Nancy is survived by her devoted husband of 62 years, Harold J. Berthold, by two sons; Kenneth Berthold and wife, Linda of Wayne, and David Berthold and wife, Dena of Upper Greenwood Lake and by a daughter, Nancy Lynn Ciresi and husband, Jerred of Towaco, by four grandchildren; Holly, Jenna, Dylan and Devyn and by a great granddaughter, Emma. She is predeceased by a brother, Arthur Haist and by a sister, Ruth Spinello.
Funeral services will be held 7PM Thursday at the New Apostolic Church, 819 Edwards Road, Parsippany, NJ 07054. Visiting hours are Thursday 12-4PM at Hancliffe Home for Funerals, 222 Ridgedale Avenue, East Hanover, NJ 07936.
Memorial donations to the Chilton Medical Center Foundation, 97 West Pkwy, Pompton Plains, NJ 07444 would be appreciated in lieu of flowers.
