Nancy Otts Boyter

Nancy Otts Boyter, 96, of Spartanburg, died Saturday morning, April 1, 2023, at her home. She was married to the late Henry A. Boyter, Sr. and was the daughter of the late Robert James Otts and Virginia McCarley Otts Johnson.
Nancy was born on July 8, 1926 in Moore, SC. She was a 1943 graduate of Woodruff High School, was a longtime member of West Main Baptist Church and worked for many years with Jack Rabbit Company.
Surviving are her daughter, Barbara Virginia "Ginger" MacAuley of Spartanburg; her son, Henry A. Boyter, Jr. of Spartanburg; her granddaughter, Becky MacAuley Evans of Spartanburg, and her great-grandchildren, Logan and Henry Evans of Spartanburg. Nancy was predeceased by her two brothers, Robert William Otts and David Graham Otts.
A graveside service will be 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at Nazareth Presbyterian Church Cemetery, 680 Nazareth Church Road, Moore, SC 29369, conducted by the Rev. Chip Scruggs. The family will receive friends following the service at the graveside.
