Valerie Boyter Obituary
Valerie Dawn “ValVal” Boyter, age 39, passed away Friday, October 3, 2025 at St. Francis Downtown Hospital.
She was born February 26, 1986 in Richland County, South Carolina and is daughter of Sherry Boyter and the late James Russell Boyter. She was a member of the Evans Street Church of God, ValVal had a sweet loving spirit and enjoyed her Country Music. She liked to go shopping, swing in the park and go riding in the car around town. She was especially fond of spending time with her sister, her niece and her nephews.
In addition to her mother, Valerie is survived by her sister, Savannah Simon (Joseph Felker) of Piedmont, SC; her niece, Willow Felker; and her nephews, Jackson and Gabriel Felker.
She was preceded in death by her father and her twin sister.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Evans Street Church of God with Pastor Chad Young and Pastor Ray Southerland officiating. Burial will follow at Whitmire Cemetery. The family will greet friends prior to the service from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the church.
