Nancy Dyson Obituary
Nancy Dyson, age 82 of Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania passed peacefully at home on Friday, June 27, 2025, surrounded by family. She was born on October 11, 1942, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, daughter of H. Emerson Christofel and Edith Brooks (Beam) Christofel.
Nancy dedicated her life to Emergency Medical Services for over 40 years. Nancy was surrounded by many caring neighbors and loving friends. She loved the “glitter and glamour” of Las Vegas, but most importantly she loved spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Harry Emerson “Bud” Christofel, Jr. She is survived by her three daughters, Dawn (Jeff), Sheri (Robert), Tracy (Ken) and grandchildren, Jim and Jeremy.
Nancy had a profound love for her two grandsons that she will carry forever.
At this time, as per Nancy’s wishes, there is no viewing or visitation. Arrangements are by the Stephen D. Slater Funeral Home 1701 Route 51 Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania 15025 (412-384-0350) www.stephendslater.com. In lieu of flowers a donation to the American Cancer Society in her name would be appropriate.
