Nancy Forgey Obituary
Elaine was a longtime resident of Hamilton County and attended Central High School and was a member of the Red Hat Club.
To know Elaine was to love her "bougie and over the top" nature which made her a Classy Lady at all times. She was an avid traveler (especially the beach) and she always enjoyed her special outings with the "Daisies".
Perhaps the most important thing to Elaine tho was "her family" and having the joy of being Nonnie to her grandchldren and great- grandchildren.
Her kind and loving nature will be deeply missed by everyone that had the priviledge of knowing her in this life.
Elaine was preceded in death by her parents, Elvene and Beulah Tipton; her husband, Rothell Forgey; sister, Peggy Morrow; and three brothers, Cecil Tipton, Steve Tipton, and Kenny Tipton.
She is survived by her daughter, Donna Cagle, Chattanooga; two grandchildren, Chelsie Nalley and Kennedy Nalley; two great-grandchildren, Elijah Lee Rogers and Lillian Elaine Beverly; bonus daughter, Miechelle Forgey, Cleveland; two sisters, Marie McAllister, Ft.Oglethorpe, and Judy Rhudy, Ringgold; brother, Jimmy (Dot) Tipton, East Ridge; and many loving nieces and nephews.
A Service Celebrating Elaine's Life will be held Thursday, July 31st at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Devotioin at Hamilton Memorial Gardens Cemetery with Bruce Clark officiating.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 5:00 – 8:00 pm and Thursday from 11:00 am until 12:30 pm at Heritage Funeral Home, 7454 E. Brainerd Road.
