Nancy Hasty Funderburk

Nancy Ruth Hasty Funderburk, 93, of Concord, passed away Monday, October 13, 2025 at Tucker Hospice House in Kannapolis and went home to be with her Lord.

Mrs. Funderburk was born February 14, 1932 in Mecklenburg County to the late Neil Walker Hasty and the late Julia Ruth Hasty.

She was also preceded in death by husband, James Reid Funderburk, brothers, John C. Hasty, Brodie E. Hasty and Neil Walker Hasty, Jr.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 am - 11:45 am, Monday, October 20, 2025 at United Love Baptist Church. The funeral service will be on Monday at 12:00 pm at United Love Baptist Church in Midland officiated by Rev. Marvin Tyson and Rev. Mark Clontz. Burial will follow at the Evergreen Cemetery, 4426 Central Avenue, Charlotte, NC.

Survivors include son, Ray Allen (Beth) Hilton of Concord; daughters, Donna Maria Funderburk of Concord and Nancy Elizabeth Funderburk of Charlotte; grandchildren, Andy Hilton (Teniah), Randy Hilton (Jayme), Heather Hilton; great-grandchildren, Alyssa Leary (Matt), Anna Purser (Tucker), Aaron Hilton (Brooke), Taylor Hilton, Brayden Hilton, Siera D'Amelio (Tyler), Logan Davis-Hilton; and great-great-grandchild, John Matthew Leary.
