Nancy Deborah Richard Howard was born August 3, 1934. She attended the University of Southern California, was a brilliant artist, and successful entrepreneur involved in, and appreciated by, the Albany community. Loved by her children Amy, Julie, and Chris, Nancy was a fabulous homemaker, an exceptional and talented cook, and a devoted, proud mother. She was the widow of Rich Howard whom she loved with all her heart until he passed. She was also predeceased by her daughter Amy Rainey and daughter-in-law Theresa Maginnis. She is survived by Chris Maginnis, Julie and Rick Cooper, her eight grandchildren, two great granddaughters, and a great, great grandson. There will be no service. The family asks tribute gifts be sent in her honor to SafeHaven Humane Society (www.safehavenhumane.org) in lieu of flowers.

Bonnie & Melvin Rollema

January 31, 2024

We used to walk our dogs together & enjoyed chatting about our past, our families, our hopes & activities. I enjoyed the delicious homemade goodies she baked. I am so sorry she has left us & I pray that the family knows how much she meant to me & our neighbors. May your sweet memories of her & God's peace comfort & warm your hearts. Bonnie & Melvin Rollema (friends & neighbors)
