Nancy B. McCroskey

Nancy B. McCroskey – age 77 of Knoxville passed away on Thursday, November 14, 2024. Of the Christian faith. She was Vice-President of Burkhart Enterprises, Inc. Nancy greeted everyone with a smile that could light up a room. She welcomed you in and treated you like family. A faithful follower of Christ, she put everyone else before herself. She was the kindest, sweetest, gentlest soul one could ever meet. Those who knew her were truly blessed to have her in their lives.
Preceded in death by husband, Samuel Clark McCroskey; parents, Ray Tindell Burkhart and Helen Farmer Burkhart; and several loving grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Survived by sons, Matthew Clark (Taylor) McCroskey, and Samuel Mark (Jennifer) McCroskey; grandchildren, Luke Hunter McCroskey, Madalyn "Maddie" Grace McCroskey, John Dylan McCroskey, Case Owen McCroskey, and Easton Clark McCroskey; brother, Ray Tindell Burkhart; much loved, Mike Robert (Dee) McCroskey, Ronald Nathan (Ashley) Cooper, Sydney, Levi and Wyatt; several cousins including two special cousins, Pamela Love and Sherrie DeMarcus; and many special friends especially her meeting friends.
The family will receive friends 5:00-7:00 PM Monday, November 18, 2024, at Bridges Funeral Home followed by the funeral service at 7:00 PM. Family and friends will meet 9:45 AM on Tuesday at Asbury Cemetery for a 10:00 AM interment. Honorary pallbearers: Amos Kemp, Taylor Kemp, Ron Clabo, John Rhinehart, David Wells and Nathan Cooper.
