Nancy was foremost my wonderful friend and my Thursday bridge partner. She was a consummate engaging lady, always selfless and kind and warm. She was vibrant and her passing is very difficult to comprehend. My condolences to her sister and her family. She was in my opinion nothing short of a treasure to everyone who knew her

Nancy really liked Elvis. Every year she had an Elvis bulletin board in her classroom. She had a delightful laugh, enjoyed her students, expected good behavior, wrote daily notes to students, and her lovely smile. Her "cat" sneezes brought a smile from anyone nearby. One year she and I rode sleds with our fourth grade students down the hill at Milroy School. She is greatly missed by many friends and former teachers.
