Nancy Carol Stevens, 90, died Saturday, December 27, 2025. She was the daughter of the late Carol Rowe and the late Carey Baker. She was married to the late Kenneth Earl Stevens, Sr. on December 19, 1953.
Nancy worked as a secretary off and on for several years while raising a family. For many years, she taught a two-year-old Sunday School class at Parkway Baptist Church. She was also involved in WMU and taught girls mission groups. For a time, she was a member of Southern Heights Baptist Church and more recently, she was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church.
She is survived by her children, Lynn Hall and Kenny (Deborah) Stevens; grandchildren, Kimberly (Eric) Lake, Jonathan (Colleen) Stevens, Chris (Liz) Stevens, and Lydia Hall; great-grandchildren, Ariana (Michael) Hubbard, Noah Lake, T.J. Lake, Haliegh Martin, Luke Stevens, Cobalt Stevens, and Van Stevens; and one great-great-grandson, Charles Hubbard.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her stepfather, James T. Rowe, Sr.; stepsisters, Sheryl Collini and Phyllis Morris; and stepbrother, James T. Rowe, Jr.
A gravesides service will be held at 12:00 noon Friday, January 2, 2026, at The Lexington Cemetery with burial to follow. Visitation will be 9:00-11:00AM on Friday, January 2nd at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home-Harrodsburg Road.
Memorials are suggested to the Parkway Baptist Church Lottie Moon Fund.

Nancy was a special lady. She really loved her family and her Savior!

Lynn, Kenny & family,
Vince & I are so sorry for YOUR loss but very excited for HER again! Although I didn´t know Nancy very well, I know that she was quite a lady! She lived life to its fullest!!! She loved her family and more importantly she loved her Lord & Savior!
You guys did an AWESOME job taking care of her in her declining years! Although you will miss her greatly, take heart in knowing where she is, who she is with and that she is having THE BEST TIME EVER!!!
