Nancy Vest

Nancy Ann Vest, age 74, of Hillsboro, passed away on Sunday, November 9, 2025, at her home surrounded by her family. She was born on August 2, 1951, in Cincinnati, Ohio, the daughter of the late Howard Dale Trennepohl and Ruby Ann (Livingston) Trennepohl.
Nancy was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She spent many years working as a bank manager at Star Bank, where people appreciated her steady guidance and friendly smile. Outside of work, she enjoyed life's simple pleasures-trips to the casino with her daughter, going to drag races with her late husband, David, and settling in with good movies, music, and concerts. She also had a soft spot for animals, especially her beloved cats.
What meant the most to Nancy was her family. She loved spending time together on the family property, sharing meals, memories, and moments that will always be treasured. Her kindness, patience, and quiet strength made her a steady presence in the lives of those who loved her. Nancy will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her family and friends.
Nancy is survived by her daughter, Angela Vest Norton of Hillsboro; four grandchildren, Joseph Michael Norton, Andrew Charles Norton, David Dudley Norton, and Nicholas William Norton; two brothers, Bob, Jerry, and many friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, David Vest on May 15, 2025.
