Nancy Yurschak

Nancy Elizabeth Yurschak of North Second Avenue, Mechanicville passed away on Sunday, October 26, 2025 at home after a heroic battle with pancreatic cancer. She was 64.
Born in Troy on September 3, 1961, daughter of the late John and Arlene (Smith) Yurschak.
Nancy was a free spirit and in her spare time enjoyed gardening. She loved traveling and spending time with her beloved family and adoring grandchildren. Nancy loved time spent with her fiancé Richie with whom she lived life to the fullest.
Survivors include her daughter, Jessica Provost (Thomas Pascucci), her fiancé Richard Baker, her brothers, David (Dorothy) Yurschak, John (Kathy) Yurschak and Michael (Nancy) Yurschak, her grandchildren Christopher Lyvers, Dominic Pascucci and Austin Pascucci, her dear friend Michael Nash and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by a brother, Stephen Yurschak.
Nancy's family would like to thank the Community Hospice for their care and compassion for both Nancy and the family.
Visiting will be on Monday, November 3, 2025 from 10-12 noon at the Chase-Smith Family Funeral Homes, 173 Main St., Schaghticoke. A memorial service will be held in the funeral home at noon with burial in the family plot in Greenwich Cemetery.
