Mr. Neal Leon Lloyd, Sr. was born in Nashville, Tennessee on May 22, 1956 to Lloyd and Sara Boyer. Neal transitioned to a new life on Friday, June 28, 2024, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee’
Neal accepted Christ in his life at an early age, and was a Christian by faith. Neal received his formal education in the Nashville Metropolitan Public School System. He graduated from East High School in the class of 1974. After graduation he enlisted In the Tennessee Army National Guard. Neal worked various jobs until retirement.
Neal had a passion for working and restoring and restoring cars. He also enjoyed listening to music and exercising.
Neal was preceded in death by his parents, Leroy Lloyd and Sara Boyer; daughter Avis “Mandy” Carter; brother Leroy Lloyd, Jr.
Precious memories of Neal will be forever cherished by sons Neal and Leeland Lloyd; brother, Grant Lloyd; granddaughter Shakari Carter; grandson Sakai Deshaun Jackson; aunts, Helen Shelton, Deana Jackson; uncle Neal (Kitty) Roberson; nieces, nephews; members of Unique Gents – Mentoring Group.; other loving family and dear friends.
