Neil Decker Obituary
Neil was preceded in death by his first wife, Roberta Decker; his second wife, Debra Decker; a son, Dirk Decker; and a daughter, Pamela Decker.
Survivors include his daughter, Karla Grinage and husband, Kim; a step-son, Anthony Dulin; and a grandson, Kenneth Grinage.
Cremation arrangements were entrusted to the care of Fuller Hale-South Funeral Services.
Memorial contributions may be made to CASA Women's Shelter, P.O. Box 6705, Pine Bluff, AR 71611.
