Nelda Lee Billy

Nelda Lee Billy, age 81, went to be with her Lord and Savior on August 17, 2025. Nelda was born to Alan and Fannie Hendrick on February 9, 1944, in White Flat, Oklahoma. She was in FHA (Future Homemakers of America) and earned her associate's degree in psychology. Nelda worked at Strombecker Toy Factory, however, her most important job was caring for her grandkids. She is preceded in death by her husband DeWitt Billy Jr., parents, Alan Boyde Hendrick and Fannie May (Martin) Hendrick, her brother, Clyde Hendrick, and sister, Valda Sue Surveyor. Left to cherish her memories are her sister, Mary Abbott, son Thomas Billy, daughter Christine (Billy) Davison, and husband Scott. Her grandchildren Andrew Jones, Tre Harper, Shayla Harper, Joshua Billy, Aaron Billy, Tadeja Harper, Javon Lovato, Justin Bowler, Nevaeh Sneed, Kayla Whitmire, Kristen Davison, Jonathan Davison, Blaise Sneed, and Kylelynn Sneed. Her great-grandchildren are Adrian Billy, Remington Jones, Jamison Billy, Keeley Whitmire, Jayden Whitmire, Kensington Whitmire, Hope Hamil, Jupiter Spencer, Carter Spencer, Journee Bowler, Luca Bowler and Ellie Davison. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, August 23, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Brown's Funeral Service chapel with pastors Anthony Williams and Olan Williams to officiate. Serving as pallbearers are Andy Jones, Tre Harper, Justin Bowler, Josh Billy, Aaron Billy, Jonathan Davison, Blaise Sneed, and Jason Hurst. Honorary pallbearers are Thomas Billy, Scott Davison, and Scott Hendrick.
