Nicholas Adam "Nick" Cantwell, 41, of Sheridan Arkansas went to be with Jesus on Sunday, June 8, 2025.
Nick was born October 29, 1983 in Pine Bluff AR, the son of Coy Cantwell, Jr. & Cindy (Ezell) Cantwell. He graduated from Sheridan High School in 2002 and later attended Central Bible college in Springfield, MO. On August 11, 2007 Nick was joined in marriage with Kayla (Swope) Cantwell.
Nick loved Jesus and served in various forms of ministry. He traveled with his family for many years and sang the message of the gospel and he preached it until his voice would no longer allow him to. He wanted to see people come to know Jesus as he had. Nick loved to read and loved sports. He was a Razorback and Cardinal fan through and through and made sure everyone knew it. He loved to travel and was always ready for an adventure. Nick made every room he entered positive and kept them laughing. He is remembered for being a wonderful husband, father, family member and friend. Above all, he would want everyone to know what Jesus can do with a life and the importance of surrendering it to Him.
He is survived by his loving wife of 17 years, Kayla; their three children: Mercy, Elijah and Zion; his father; Coy Cantwell Jr; his mother; Cindy Cantwell; siblings, Miranda (Steve) Rowe, Micah Cantwell, and Malachi Cantwell; grandfather Charles Ezell, Sr.; along with countless friends and loved ones.
He was preceeded in death by a brother, Nathan Lee Cantwell; grandfather, Coy Cantwell, Sr.; grandmother, Billie Jo Cantwell; grandmother, Mary Ezell; father-in-law James Swope; and brother-in-law Timothy Swope.
Funeral services will be Friday, June 13, 2025 10:00 a.m. at Robinson & Fuller White Hall Chapel with Nick's uncle, Charles Cantwell and former youth pastor and friend, Kenneth Swiger. Burial will follow at Cypress Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be Thursday evening from 6:00-8:00p.m. at the funeral home.
