Nicholas L. Scrima, "Fire"
Nicholas began his journey Home on Monday, December 11, 2023, at the age of 91.
Beloved husband of the late Jacquelyn (nee Hartlage) Scrima. Loving father of Dianne Mueller (fiancé, Brian Gorman), the late Thomas Scrima and Steven Scrima. Proud Grampa of Justin (Jenna) Mueller, Jared Gorman, Ashley Scrima, Andy Scrima, Elizabeth "Liz" Scrima and Julie Scrima. Dear brother of the late Robert (Kathy) Scrima, Nancy (Dave) Jarvis, David (Debi) Scrima and Jimmy Scrima. Nicholas will be remembered by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Nicholas was a lifelong resident of Waukesha and a member of St Mary's Catholic Church. He was a proud member of the Air Force. He operated Scrima's Pizza with his brother and brother-in-law for many years. He also loved playing and watching golf and going to the casino to try his luck on the slot machines. He and his wife loved to play cards and travel with their good friends Ron and Judy Schwingel.
He enjoyed listening to country music and watching many game shows. He spent many hours watching his grandsons play soccer and cheering them on. At the end of the day, he liked to relax with a good old fashioned or Manhattan. Nick was a kind, caring and generous man who would do anything for his family and will be remembered as a loving father, grandfather, brother and friend.

A committal service will be held on Friday, June 21, at St. Joseph Cemetery, S22 W22890 Broadway Ave., Waukesha at 11 AM (Please meet at the office). On the following day, a Celebration of Life for Nicholas will be held on Saturday, June 22, at Backstreet Pub and Grill, 711 Morgan Ave, Waukesha, from 3-5 PM.
