Nicole Bluhm Obituary

Nicole was the beloved daughter of Gail (nee Dolphin) Bluhm Bozzella and stepfather Ed Bozzella of Ocean View DE, and George Bluhm (Connie) of Canton OH. Survivors include her son Emerson Bluhm (Annie) and her grandchildren Wrenley, Winnifred and Laurence of Great Falls VA and many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her brother Brian Bluhm.
Nicole, also known as Moon Flower by those who knew her best, loved her family, dancing to 70's music, especially to Pink Floyd and the Grateful Dead, all things fantasy, singing karaoke, and her many pets over the years. She lived life fully in the moment despite many struggles and always tried to have a kind word for everyone. Nicole loved to travel and visited most of the continental US while doing advance promotion for a touring circus. She resided for many years in Key West and Sarasota, Florida surrounded by her deep love of sunshine, scuba diving and the sea, where her ashes will be scattered.
A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date at Peachtree Health Group Assisted Living in Harbeson DE where she will be deeply missed by her many friends, especially Mick, and the nurses and aides who lovingly cared for her.
Donations can be made in her name to VITAS Healthcare, 30265 Commerce Dr, Suite 202, Millsboro DE 19966.
