Nicole Borkowski, 40, passed away at her home in Jefferson on July 12, 2025. Private family interment will take place in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Jefferson, Iowa.
Family and friends are invited to 209 Main, Paton, Iowa on Friday, July 18, 2025 at 3:00pm for a time to share memories and reflect on the gift of Nicole's life.
Survivors include her daughter, Reanna Patterson; parents, Maureen and Dennis Borkowski; brother, Ben (Jenna) Borkowski; sister, Katie (Eric) Fisher; grandmother, Anne Gingery; nephews: Mason Borkowski, Haden Borkowski, and Jack Fisher, niece: Wrenley Fisher; also surviving is Ryan Patterson and his children, Joe and Jordan Patterson; other relatives and friends.
