Nicole Lynn Campbell, age 48, of Wooster, entered into rest on Sunday, July 6, 2025.
She was born on May 29, 1977, in Ashland Ohio to Dennis and Cindy (Cross) McKay and has lived in the Wayne County area for the last 13 years.
She married Richard S. Campbell on July 8, 2015, in Myrtle Beach, S.C. He survives.
She enjoyed riding her motorcycle, making award winning arts and crafts, and rescuing stray animals. She loved being a mother, a homemaker, spending time with her family and friends, and being a "Shiba Mom" to her dogs and cats.
In addition to her parents and her beloved husband, she is survived by her son, Jacob M. Bates (Chloe Nelson) brother Colt Frantz, daughter in-law, Tiffany Campbell and Granddaughter Annabeth Marie of Ashland, Ohio; her sister, Kristi Duggan and nephew, Luke Duggan of Rock Hill, SC and her father-in-law, Peter B. Campbell of Strasburg, PA.
She is preceded in death by Grandparents Helen Cross, Lawrence Cross and Mildred Cross, Patrick and Jean McKay, and Laura Bates.
Services will take place at 3:00 pm on Saturday, July 12th, 2025, at Custer-Glenn Funeral home, 2284 Benden Dr., in Wooster with Trudy Bates officiating.
Visitation for family and friends will be one hour prior (2:00 pm - 3:00 pm) to services on Saturday at the funeral home.
