She was preceded in death by her husband, Don Burkholder; her daughter, Lisa Milloy; and her son, Jeff Burkholder.
She is survived by her daughters, Lori Montoya and Lynn Stockwell; her grandsons, Frank Distel, Sean Pappone, and Joseph Pappone; and her great-grandson, Simon Miller Distel.
Services will be held on Friday, September 26, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Aurora. Interment will follow at Fairmount Cemetery, 430 South Quebec Street, Denver, CO 80247. A reception will be held afterward at Lynn and Steve's house, 24517 E. Ada Avenue, Aurora, CO 80018.
