On December 8, 2023, Norma Fisher got her wings and went to walk with the angels at the age of 89 after bravely battling numerous illnesses. Norma was the mother of twin girls, Nancy Nard and Linda White and three stepsons, Virgil Fisher, Johnny Fisher predeceased and Howard Fisher predeceased. In addition she proudly and lovingly raised her great grandson Daniel. She had eleven grandchildren and many great grandchildren. She loved and cared deeply for her family and friends. She always enjoyed being with children and ensured that every child who crossed her path was happy and felt special. She was a nanny to twin girls so she was a natural because she raised twin girls. She was a Cub master and enjoyed teaching good values and skills through fun activities and events. Those boys would recognize her and come up with their children after many years and express how she had a positive influence in their lives. Though Norma's health was failing for years, few people knew the extent to which she struggled. Her joy for life and indomitable spirit kept her pushing through the pain.
