She was born on April 19, 1937 in Chicago, IL to the late Norman Russell Fjeldheim and Linea Ann Strom.
Norma grew up in Kodiak Island, Alaska with her parents and sister. She travelled extensively across the United States, living in Wisconsin, Illinois, Washington, South Carolina, and Alabama. Her hobbies included halibut fishing, photography, flower gardening, and training dogs.
She is survived by her son, Russell D. Fjeldheim of Leonardtown, Md, her grandchildren: Vicki Flower, and Nicholas Beenethum, and many great and great-great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Barbara Lee Fjeldheim, sister, Nancy Lee "Penny" Carter; granddaughter, Annette Beenethum; and grandson, Raymond Norman Fjeldheim.
All services will be private.
