In Loving Memory of Norma Valenzuela April 20, 1941 – September 5, 2025
Norma Valenzuela, of El Paso, Texas, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 5, 2025, at the age of 84. She was born on April 20, 1941, to her loving parents, Melecio and Otila Rodriguez. Norma was born and raised in Chihuahua, Mexico, where she graduated from the Academia de Américas. She later moved to El Paso, Texas, where she met the love of her life, Ruben G. Valenzuela, with whom she shared 58 wonderful years of marriage until his passing.
Norma was a devoted and nurturing mother. She spent many years as a stay-at-home mom, lovingly raising her children, and later dedicated herself to caring for the elderly. Her compassion and deep sense of service were evident in everything she did. Helping others wasn't just her work; it was her calling and her passion.
She is survived by her children, Ruben Valenzuela, David Valenzuela, and Raquel Jasso; and by her six grandchildren: Brandon, David Jr., Anthony Jr., Hollie, Megan, and Allie. She was deeply cherished by her son-in-law, Anthony Jasso Sr., and her daughter-in-law, Shannon Valenzuela.
Norma's kindness, strength, and selfless love will live on through the family she adored and the lives she touched. She will be deeply missed, forever loved, and always remembered.
