Van Winkle, Norma Jean
May 20, 1933 – October 23, 2022
Preceded in death by her loving husband, Jerry Van Winkle, 4 brothers and 1 sister. Survived by daughters Karen (Don) Thienel, Sharon (Guy) Kuebler and son Jerry (Denise) Van Winkle. Grandchildren Jason, Melodie, Keaton, Chad, Kiara, Gaby and 6 great grandchildren.
Some of her interests were to teach knitting and crocheting to anyone that wanted to learn. Mom was an avid bowler, loved her gardens, putting puzzles together, reading books and enjoyed sitting on her porch swing while doing so. Mom's grandkids and great-grandkids were all special to her. She tried to attend as many events that they had as possible.
Her CELEBRATION OF LIFE will be at American Legion, 116905 216th Street, Gretna, NE. November 20th From 1 to 3 PM. A desserts buffet will be served. Memorials to family or your choice of charity.
