Norman Dodson Obituary
Norman was born Monday, March 16, 1953 in Lake City, Tennessee, and he was the son of the late Luther Estes Dodson and the late Anna Mae (Mounce) Dodson.
Norman was a loving son, brother, husband, father, Papaw, uncle, and friend. He proudly served his country in the United States Army and Navy and was honorably discharged so that he could take care of his family. He enjoyed playing music, researching history, and reading his bible. Norman was loved by all that knew him and he will be greatly missed.
Norman is survived by, 4 Children, Rayna Augspurger - Cutrona and her husband, Jay, Amber Augspurger - Meade, Nathan Dodson, Laurel Dodson, and Amy Graham and her husband, Sawyer; 12 Grandchildren, Andrew Shideler, Samantha Pereira, Sterling Dodson, RJ Dodson, Hunter Dodson, Maya Dodson, Ava Scruggs, Emery Graham, Seth Meade, Stacia Meade, Tabby Meade, and Steve Swank; Great-6 Great - Grandchildren, Amelia Pereira, Hadley Meade, Jasmine Palmer, Camden Palmer, Cohen Meade, and Madilyn Meade Siblings, Mark Dodson, Millie Huddleston, Janie Price, and Lisa Coker; A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
In addition to his parents, Norman was preceded in death by, Wife, Vicki Lynn Dodson; 3 Siblings, Ann Dodson, Joe Dodson, and Lora Blouin.
Funeral Service for Norman Ray Dodson will be held Saturday, November 18, 2023 at 2:00 pm from the chapel of Crest Lawn Funeral Home with Pastor Scott McKinney officiating. Interment will follow in the Clouse Seminary Cemetery.
Visitation with the family will be held Saturday, November 18, 2023 from 11:00 am until the time of service at 2:00 pm at Crest Lawn Funeral Home.
