A Funeral Service to honor Norris’s life will be held on May 10, 2025, at Newcomer Funeral Home, Northeast, located at 3047 E Dublin Granville Rd, Columbus, OH 43231. The service will commence at 8:00 AM and conclude at 11:00 AM.
Norris's legacy will continue to live on through the memories shared by those who knew and loved him. His commitment to kindness and community service serves as an enduring inspiration to all.
