Dateline: McKenzie, TN Graveside funeral services for Odean Garms is Tuesday, October 1, 2024, at 1:30p.m. at Carroll Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, 11:00 a.m. 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Mrs. Garms, 89 years old, died Tuesday, September 24,2024 at her residence. She was a food service worker for Caterpillar and was Born in Clarksburg on January 13, 1935, to Marvin and Sadie Williams Reed. She is survived by her daughter Kathie Nolen of McKenzie, two sons Tony (Dolores) Nolen of McKenzie and Kevin Nolen of East Peoria, IL, seven grandchildren Colton (Autumn) Nolen, Connor (Gabrielle) Nolen, Chaston Nolen, Vanessa Nolen, Payton Nolen, Karli Nolen and Kabrina Nolen and 13 great grandchildren Luke, Ella, John, Ruby, Myla, Carson, Addison, Hudson, Campbell, Maddox, Finley, Jonathan and Isla. She is preceded in death by her parents, husbands Vernon Wesley Nolen and David Harold Garms, sisters Pauline Brown and Juanita Nolen and brothers Thomas Reed, Glenville "Jim" Reed and Lyndell "Bud" Reed.
