Born November 21, 1947, in St. Louis, Missouri, he was the son of Alvis and Ethel Wright.
Eddie served in the Army during the Vietnam war.
He was a truck driver for many years, more recently with Heartland Express.
Eddie was an avid gun and coin collector. He enjoyed going to casinos and hunting with his brother Joe and nephews and great nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, James Wright, Floyd Wright and Glen Wright and sister Joyce Lawrence.
According to his wishes, cremation has been accorded and entrusted to the care of Lunning Chapel.
Burial will be held at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St, Louis, Missouri at a later date.
