Olive A. Eicher, 85, a resident of Presbyterian Village at Hollidaysburg, formerly of Queen, passed away Tuesday June 24, 2025 at the home. She was born July 6, 1939 in Claysburg, daughter of the late Randall C. and Pearl (Bailey) Zembower. She married Sterling L. Eicher on January 26. 1957 in Cumberland, MD. He passed away October 20, 1998.

Surviving is daughters Kathy Burket and husband Tim of Queen, and Kim Claar and husband Eric of Imler, a son Kirk Eicher and wife Beth Ann of Nanty Glo, 5 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and a sister Connie Norris and husband Dan of Hollidaysburg. She was preceded in death by four brothers Roger "Punk", Curtis "Tim", Kermit "Cub" and King "Skip" Zembower.

Olive was a member of the Queen Gospel Hall. She retired as a custodian at News Printing in 2018.

Olive enjoyed shopping, cleaning, music and reading. Her greatest joy was spending time with her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and her beloved sister Connie and brother-in-law Dan.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Claysburg Area Public Library, Bedford County Humane Society, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

The family would like to thank the staff at the Presbyterian Village, for the care Olive received during her stay.

Olive was so good to me when I was a new bride and didn´t know very many people in PA. Even though I have moved to MN and haven´t seen her for a long time, I have lots of happy memories. My prayers are with her family.
