Olivia Dawn Barlow, born on April 15, 2025, in Memphis, Tennessee, left this world far too soon on July 2, 2025. Her time with us, although brief, was brightened by her undeniable strength and courage. Olivia was truly a beacon of hope, bringing light into the lives of countless individuals, many of whom may never have turned to prayer or sought the presence of God without her influence.
A visitation in honor of Olivia will be held on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, starting at 9:00 AM at Wells Funeral Home in Batesville, MS. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM, with interment taking place at Forrest Memorial Park at 12:15 PM.
Olivia was profoundly cherished by her family. She is survived by her loving parents, Joey and Marley Newton Barlow of Courtland, Mississippi. Her maternal grandparents, Keith Johnson and Kimberly Peebles of Inverness, Mississippi, alongside her paternal grandparents Oscar and Heather Barlow of Senatobia, Mississippi, enveloped her in love throughout her life. She also leaves behind Todd and Lori Lentz of Hernando, Mississippi as her paternal grandparents, and Billy Fred and Bonnie Pinion of Batesville, Mississippi who stood proudly as her maternal great-grandparents, while being remembered by her paternal great-grandmother, Donia Burrow of Sarah, Mississippi. In addition to her immediate family, Olivia will be deeply missed by her aunt, Gracie Barlow, and her caring uncle and aunt, Freddie and Melanie Pinion.
Olivia was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Connie Pinion Newton.
Though Olivia's journey in this world has come to an end, the memories created with her family and friends will forever live on in their hearts. She was beloved beyond measure, and her legacy of love and faith will continue to inspire those who knew her.
As we celebrate Olivia's life, we are reminded of the warmth she brought to our lives and the impact she had on so many. Though she may no longer be among us, her spirit will soar eternal, ever guiding and protecting those she loved.
