Born May 17, 1944 in Paoli, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Hiram S. Kelly and Arka (Banks) Kelly. She was a former employee of Bata Shoe Salem, Indiana She also worked at Zek's Tavern. She was a member of Saltillo Christian Church.
Survivors include: Son: Michael Shannon Kelly of Orleans, Indiana; Sister: Jessie Spradlin of Campbellsburg, Indiana; Sister: Linna Reynolds of Mitchell, Indiana; Sister: Janiva Schull of Crothersville, Indiana; Brother: Hiram B. Kelly of Orleans, Indiana.
She was preceded in death by her parents Hiram S. Kelly and Arka (Banks) Kelly; her brother Charlie Kelly; and sisters Bessie Flannery, Haselteen Kelly, Gladys Kelly and Alma J. Kelly.
