Ora Lee Murray was born on February 19, 1939, in Palmetto, FL to the late Mr. & Mrs. Govan Kelly Sr. She departed this life peacefully at home on August 25, 2025.

Sister Ora Lee Murray was a graduate of Lincoln Memorial High School Class of 1957. She continued her higher education at Gibbs Jr. College in St. Petersburg, Florida.

She was a faithful and dedicated member of St. Andrews AME Church where she served in many capacities i.e. the Woman 's Missionary Society, a member of the Steward Board, and a dedicated Choir member. She worked for Florida Power Light for over 25 years. She was very active in the community and served on many boards including the CRA board of Palmetto, and The Palmetto Youth Center.

She is preceded in death by Son: Felix Bush; Brothers: Albert, James, Govan, Jr., Hayward Sr. and Otis Kelly Sr.; Sisters: Rev. Bessie Payton, Elizabeth Morgan, and Daisy Johnson.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her beloved husband, Emerson Murray of 46 years; A loving and dedicated daughter, Wanda Bush, Patricia Anderson (Tommy); Son, Gerald Murray (Mary); Grandchildren, Kelli Mitchell, Troy Williams, Tswana Cooper, Darryl Anderson, Tarea Bush, Samantha Jackson (Brandon),Nicholas Miranda, and Arthur Bellamy; numerous greatgrandchildren, one great-great grandchild; Two sisters, Nancy Bragg and Evelyn Harris, and a host of nieces, nephews and Godchildren; Loving friends, Yvonne McMillan and Lucille Hunter.
