OtiliaTilly" V. Encinas, a cherished resident of Tucson, Arizona, passed away peacefully on September 22, 2025, at the age of 66. Born on January 30, 1959, in Tucson, she grew up to embody a spirit of love, care, and devotion to her family.

Tilly was a proud graduate of Tucson High School, where her caring personality began to shine. Those who knew her will remember her not only for her nurturing nature but also for her delightful sense of humor. She had an unwavering ability to make everyone around her laugh, bringing warmth and joy to gatherings with her family and friends.

A devoted wife and loving mother, Tilly celebrated 39 years of marriage with her beloved husband, Larry R. Encinas. Together, they nurtured a family that was a source of great pride and accomplishment for Tilly. Her children, Terry V. Encinas (Maria), Ricardo Encinas, and Martha Encinas, along with her grandchildren, Katrina, Karinna, and Virginia, were her greatest treasures. Tilly found immense joy in spending time with them, creating cherished memories that will live on in their hearts.

Beyond her family, Tilly had a variety of interests that added to the richness of her life. She enjoyed watching sports on television, often sharing this interest with her loved ones. Her passion for cooking brought delight to many family gatherings, with meals that were a reflection of her love for those she served.

Tilly is survived by her dear husband, Larry, her children, grandchildren, and her siblings Mercy Aguilar and Alicia Valenzuela. She leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and devotion that will forever resonate with her many nieces, nephews, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Socorro Valenzuela, and a sister, Patricia Liston, who surely welcomed her with open arms.
