Pamela Joy Cardin, 71, of Old Fort, TN passed away on April 9, 2025. She was born on December 22, 1953 to the late Wendell and Joyce Jordan. Pamela was a writer, songwriter, and gifted pianist at many churches here locally.
In addition to her mother and father, she is preceded in death by her sister: Karen Jordan of Centre, AL, and brother Daryl Jordan of Centre, AL.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband of 34 years Ken Cardin; children: Brolin Jay Pace; April Elaine Cardin and Stephanie Nicole Cardin; grandchildren: Seth Mitchell Cardin, Sean Michael Boyer, and Evan Kenneth Boyer; siblings: Tony Lackey (Donna) of Cartersville, GA, Debbie Holman (Steve) of Waleska, GA, Kathy Smith of Centre, AL, Kayla Wright of Centre AL, Janssen Jordan of Centre, AL, and Jeffery Jordan of Centre, AL.
In addition to these, she leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
Her family will receive friends from 2pm until 3pm on Sunday April 13th at the Cleveland Chapel of Companion Funeral Home located at 2415 Georgetown Road NW, Cleveland, TN 37311. A celebration of life service will be held at 3pm following visitation and she will be laid to rest at New Providence Cemetery in Tellico Plains, TN.
