She was the daughter of Fredrick Blevins and Peggy Eppling.
She is survived by her husband, Thomas Kaylor; daughter, Angela (Eric) Taylor; sons, Aaron Kaylor, and Eddie (Jennifer) Kaylor; and grandchildren, Raine Taylor, Carrie Taylor, and Adele Kaylor.
A graveside service will be held at Kaylor Cemetery in Victor, WV on Friday, February 7, 2025 at 11:00 a.m.
