Pamela Wilson Obituary
Pamela Jane Wilson was welcomed home on January 6, 2022, at the age of 74. She was born to the late William and Dorothea (Seesdorf) Wilson on November 29, 1947, in Akron, Ohio.
She was a retired RN from Akron City Hospital and a member of the Sierra Club Civic Organization. A lifelong member of Grace United Church of Christ in Uniontown, she was active in bible study, fellowship, and several mission events throughout her life. She fulfilled her spiritual journey, sharing God's love daily. She was a true nature lover, finding beauty everywhere, from knowing all types of trees and flowers, to enjoying the animals in God's creation.
Pamela is survived by her brother, Gary Wilson of Uniontown; aunt, Lois A. Simmons; many cousins; and her best friend and fluffy companion, Persis.
Visitation will be held at Hecker-Patron Funeral Home, 13151 Cleveland Avenue, NW, Uniontown, on Wednesday, January 12, 2022, from noon until 1:00 pm, with the service beginning at 1:00 pm. Reverend Joyce Wealand and Reverend Richard Beck will be officiating. Interment will follow at Uniontown Greenlawn Cemetery.
Contributions in memory of Pamela may be made to Green Fire Department.
