Patricia S. "Tish" Bronson

Patricia "Tish" S. Bronson, 85, of Bonita Springs, FL, passed away peacefully on October 12, 2025, after a valiant battle with cancer. Born on April 24, 1940, in Danbury, CT, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Ann (née McCurry) Smith. Tish had been a resident of Bonita Springs for the past 30 years, having previously lived in Westerly, RI and Danbury, CT.
After completing her education, Tish devoted her early years to raising her two beloved daughters. As her family grew, she pursued her passion for creativity and design, becoming a talented graphic designer. In 1980, she founded Now & Then Designs, which she ran until her retirement.
Tish was a former member of the First Congregational Church in Danbury, CT, and was active in the Danbury Garden Club. A true artist at heart, she loved expressing herself through screen printing and stenciling. Her creativity and kind spirit left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her.
She is survived by her two loving daughters, Beth M. Bronson of Wellington, FL, and Gay L. Bronson of London, England; two brothers, Kent Smith (Carol) of Aiken, SC, and Covert Holley of Ohio; and her sister, Claire Banwart of North Carolina. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Dwight Holley.
