Patricia Case of Fenton, formerly of Milford, died at Michigan Medical Hospital on Monday, October 13, 2025. She was 82 years old.
Pat was born on September 18, 1943 in Howell. She was the eldest daughter of Ralph D. and Betty J. (Frykman) Noll. She was raised in Ann Arbor and graduated from Pioneer High School in 1961. Afterward, she attended Ferris State College, now University.
Pat worked as a medical secretary at University of Michigan from 1964-1967. She married Donald Case on May 5, 1967. They resided in Ann Arbor, Howell, and Brighton before moving to Milford in 1971 to raise their two daughters, Sue and Barb. Pat enjoyed volunteering at the girls' school and various events. She often came in and did art projects with their classes and would chaperone field trips. Pat also enjoyed participating in bowling and volleyball leagues. When the girls got older, she returned to work at Huron Valley Schools in the cafeteria and would do custodial work over the summers. She worked for HVS from 1980-2003. In 1997, her and Don had a house built in Fenton.
After retiring, Pat enjoyed traveling. She took many trips with her husband and as a family; she took cruises to Alaska, Hawaii, and the Caribbean, as well as visits to Florida and Missouri. In more recent years, Pat was active with the Hartland Senior Center and enjoyed aqua aerobics classes at the pool and day trips, especially to the DSO. She also loved playing bingo at the Highland Senior Center.
Pat was preceded in death by her sister Barbara J. Noll. She is survived by her husband, Donald W. Case, daughters Susan and Barbara Case, cousins Richard, Sandra, and Suzanne Noll, as well as many dear friends.
A Funeral Service will be held at Lynch & Sons Funeral Home, 404 E. Liberty St., Milford, on Sunday, October 19, at 2pm.
Visitation will be from 12:30pm until the time of service.
