Patricia Diane Park Dunbar, 65, of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, passed away peacefully into the Father's loving arms on Thursday, June 12, 2025.
Patricia was born on February 1, 1960 in Tupelo, MS to Roy D. Park and Jimmie Thelma Curry Poole. She retired from Huntington Ingalls after 27 years as a finance analyst with several groups in the shipyard. She loved singing and dancing, riding the Mardi Gras float with all her friends, Cruisin' the Coast, camping with just her fella, and her dog named Bella.
Patricia was preceded in death by her father, Roy; mother, Jimmie; and sister, Barbara Marsh.
She is survived by her husband, Virgil Dunbar; sons, James (Tania) Park and Preston (Brittney) Dunbar; ten grandchildren, Avalea, Lylah, Daniel, Malaylee, Weston, Kaylea, Skyla, Noah, Sutton, and Lenton; and brother, Rob Park.
In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to Pink Heart Funds, an organization that provides wigs and prosthesis to cancer patients free of charge. Pink Heart Funds was very special to Patricia. Donations can be made at the following link: pinkheartfunds.org.
Please join the family on Saturday, July 26, 2025 for a Celebration of Life at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, 911 Porter Ave, Ocean Springs, MS 39564, visitation from 10:00 a.m. till 11:00 a.m. with a Celebration of Life to begin at 11:00 a.m.
