Patricia Gail Angert Laughlin, age 82, of Erie, passed away on Friday, February 4, 2022. She was born on July 31, 1939, the daughter of the late Patrick and Geraldine Westcott Angert. Patricia was employed at ENT Associates for over 40 years and was a member of St. George R.C. Church.
She enjoyed her dog Rocky and garage sales.
She is survived by three children: Patrick J. Laughlin, Leslie L. Laughlin, Michael J. Laughlin, two grandchildren; Olivia and Taylor Levinson, two sisters; Sally Crotty and Geraldine Trohoske, both of Erie, and nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 4216 Sterrettania Rd. on Monday, February 7, 2022 from 5 pm to 7 pm and are invited to St. George R.C. Church, 5145 Peach Street, Erie, PA on Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at 10 am for the Funeral Service.
Private interment.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Erie Humane Society, 2407 Zimmerly Road, Erie, PA 16506.

Aunt Sal, Jerry & families, my sincere sympathy & prayers on your loss. I didn't know Patty's family but they were lucky to have her. She was a fun loving & very helpful person. Saw all 3 of my kids through T & A's. She attended some of the Crotty family parties & the pleasure was all ours. Will never forget Jack & Sal's wedding anniversary party!!!

I just spoke to Patty 2 wks ago so I am shocked to see this. My deepest sympathy to her family. I met Patty when I moved into the West Wind apartments. She knew my entire family and we became close friends. Even Rocky and my dog Chewy were best friends. When Patty fell and broke her shoulder I made lunch and dinner for her everyday. I brought my entire dinner over so we could eat together. We laughed so much whenever we were together. Then we would watch Wheel and Jeopardy as we had a toffee crunch ice cream bar. I got her out to breakfast several times to different places. But if it was lunch it was always McDonald's. I think it was her second home. I was so sad when she moved. We didn't see each other as often as we wanted because I had to take care of my parents. But when we did we picked up as if we had seen each other yesterday. She was so special to me and I will miss her very much.
