Patricia Ann Tehan (Eau Claire), 94, Rockton, passed away on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, in Rockford. She was born on February 14, 1931, the daughter of Joseph "Dick" and Kathryn (O’Connor) Eau Claire in Rochelle, IL. She married her loving husband, William Tehan, on May 5, 1951, in Loves Park, where they remained married for over 50 years until his passing in April of 2008.
Pat was loving, heartwarming, and joyful. She found happiness in gardening and tending to her flowers. She was terrific at crafting, sewing, and designing in the home. Her love for creating was evident in her baking. She was a woman of faith, being an avid parishioner at St. Bernadette Catholic Church. Above all, she loved her family dearly and valued them as most important.
She is survived by her children, Mike (Janet) Tehan, M. Kim Tehan, Mikki Yates (Art), and Stephanie Patterson (Dave); her grandchildren, Katie Lopez (Mike), Jimmy Tehan (Kim), Anna Myher (Rob), Tina Wendt (Phil), Ben Patterson, Alexa Patterson (James Burnidge, fiancé); her great grandchildren, Colton Lopez, Kennedy Lopez, Tripten Tehan, Tenlee Tehan, Charlotte Myher, Elizabeth Wendt, Jacob Wendt, and Ethan Wendt. She is preceded by her parents, her husband William, and her brothers, Jack Eau Claire and Bill Eau Claire.
Private services will take place for Patricia at Fitzgerald Funeral Home, Riverside Chapel. Entombment in Calvary Mausoleum.
