Patricia "Pat" (Trenery) Torelli 77 died peacefully on Monday, September 8, 2025, at her Wayne residence. Born in Jersey City, Pat resided in Clifton before moving to Wayne seven years ago. A graduate of Dickinson High School in Jersey City, she received her BA degree from Jersey City State Teachers College. Pat began her teaching career with the Jersey City Board of Education and later became the School Director at the Allwood Play & Learn Nursery School in Clifton for 20 years prior to her retirement in 2002. She was a parishioner of Holy Angels RC Church in Little Falls. In her spare time, Pat enjoyed baking, quilting and sewing.

She is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Joseph R. Torelli, by a son, Joseph A. Torelli and wife, Kellie of Pequannock, by two daughters, Michele Antonetti and husband, Patrick of Lincoln Park and Suzanne Erickson and husband, Steven of Little Falls, also by four grandchildren, Abigail and Charlotte Erickson, Sara and Brandon Torelli. Pat is predeceased by her brother, Richard L. Trenery Jr.

Funeral services will begin 8:30AM Friday at Allwood Funeral Home, 660 Allwood Road, Clifton with a 9:30AM Mass at Holy Angels RC Church. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetry in North Arlington. Visiting hours are Thursday 4-8PM at Allwood Funeral Home, 660 Allwood Road, Clifton. Memorial donations to the American Brain Tumor Assn. will be appreciated as an alternative to flower
