Patrick M. Boccio

Patrick M. Boccio, 39, of Amsterdam, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, June 1, 2025 at his home.
He was born in Amsterdam on March 5, 1986 a son of Frank R. Boccio and Patricia A. Paquin Kelly. He was a lifelong Amsterdam resident and attended local schools.
Patrick was employed for the Amsterdam Recorder, Ellis Hospital and currently for St. Mary's Healthcare in Amsterdam.
He enjoyed spending time going to concerts, fishing with his family and above all helping his family and friends especially his brother Chris in his family businesses when in need.
Patrick is survived by his three dear children, Jayden P. Boccio, Patrick C. Boccio, and Alexander E.K. Boccio. His loving mother Patrica A. Kelly. His loving brother Christopher J. (Jennifer) Kelly. His sisters, Nicole M. Boccio Finn and Emily A. Boccio Finn. His dear nieces, Michaela Kelly and Gabby Kelly. His great-nephew Winston Parker. His loving extended family, Janice and James Kelly, Aaron Kelly and Colton Kelly. Also, Jaimie, James, Gianna and Bella who were very special to Patrick. His cousin David Paquin (Ester) also survive. He was predeceased by his father Francis R. Boccio in 2022.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday June 7,2025 at 12:00 Noon at the Rose & Hughes Funeral Home, 200 Church St. Amsterdam, NY with Rev. Raymond M. Barnett presiding. Calling hours will be held prior to the service on Saturday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Whispering Pines School c/o Clara Bacon School, 40 Henrietta Blvd., Amsterdam, NY 12010.
